Turkey Lurkey

Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful. Relaxing. Fun. Perfect. We ate dinner at our friends the Dowdens. They did the cooking (it was out of this world!) and I brought the pies (Marie Callendar's is always a safe bet.) Obviously I got the good end of the deal. Dave's brother Doug came down from Northern California and we had a delicious day. That night Dave's other brother Chris and his family came to visit. We went to Sea World on Friday (no shopping, it was great!). Saturday was spent relaxing at home and playing at the park. Sunday everyone left and it was too quiet, but we are happy to be at home being homebodies enjoying the Christmas decorations. My camera was completely absent from this weekend, but it was nice. Doug and Liz took photos. Thank you.

Sounds like a perfect weekend. That first Ollie photo is great.

I see your Soule Mama link -- I love her and have read her blog for a couple of years now. She's a Waldorf-y homeschooling mama like me (though I think she may be cooler than I am).
